The Nike was a little bit cuter puma shoes for women (dark grey and hot pink!) and a little bit more supportive of the arches, but then I started thinking about the tiny little baby hands that made all those adorable little stitches all around that EVIL swoosh. So I asked the sales lady if New Balances were even made in America anymore and she said no. They come from all over. They haven't been domestic for years. My new Nikes are hot.white people wear new balance or asics or the brown shoes you cant tie. that aint no lie. so when your walkin down the street take a look at their feet. you will soon see that they are everywhere but you wont care like me.
These shoes see a lot of short pile nylon flooring.Do you know why I wear New Balance 608's? Because they freakin' FIT!!! And they last for a very long time. Nike's and Reebok's won't make it a year, they start coming apart after a few months. They are garbage. Now that Converse disappeared and then came puma shoes men back with outrageous prices instead of being the economy shoe, New Balance is the only way to go for athletic shoes. Sorry dude, Asics suck too.I think your first responder h it it on the head& not everyone is a D, or medium width& which is the width in which about 97% of all shoes come in (casual, dress, puma shoes for men sporty, sneakers, heals, etc., etc.,).
Has anybody got some advice for me as to how to respond should I be accused of being like the rest of "them".My first New Balance shoes were purchased in 1998 and they were the 990's. They were made in the U.S. and they did last about 3 years until it fell apart. They were very comfy and they were the most comfortable pair of shoe I owned. My next pair was the 991 which was pictured on this site and they're also made in the U.S. and they only last for about 2 months. After the shoe broke down, they were friggin' unwearable. Then I bought the made in U.S. New Balance 852 puma shoes women and I had to return it because they were uncomfortable and I bought the made in U.S.
New Balance 1700 and returned it because they were uncomfortable. It doesn't matter where the New Balance shoes are made U.S. or China. They're all the same.By the way, saying White people are the only people who like New Balance is so 15 years ago because 15 years ago or more the only people I see wearing New Balances are White people. Now, I rarely see White people wearing New Balances! These days White people like brands like Adidas, Nike, Asics, Saucony and or some crazy unknown brand like Newton which I've never seen a non-White person wear.
He is the whitest link.We own a running store. Asics shoes represent more than 60% of the sales. They come in widths up to 6E. We regularly see people switch from New Balance to Asics. I also like Mizuno. And for something different, ran the Boston Marathon in a pair of Spira racing flats. PS Christian worship a living Jesus one of the main things on his resume is "rising from the dead!"You also have to relate the new Balance longevity fad to the white people who like hip hop forum as well. We(WP) know we can rock(that means "to wear something trendy") chucks, and the shell toe's ala Run DMC to really let others know we are down.
On occasion, we can pull of some Nike running shoes, but never the patent leather Jordan's or Nike Cortez, both reserved for puma thunder non WP. However, the New Balance still have street cred from both the WP punk scene and the hip hop scene, so you can mesh well on any corner if shit gets crazy. Usually the all grays or the dark blue with gray lettering, plus those two colors go with your hip hop jeans or your Abercrombie khakis! Win-Win situation, Go NB!!!Aww New Balance shoes are actually pretty good. I was a cross country runner in middle school and high school, and wore only New Balance during those years. However, I guess I was justified in my usage of them.
